With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Erica has developed a deep understanding of the challenges and needs that construction companies face. She has worked alongside various departments, streamlining processes and creating effective policies that improve efficiency and drive success.

Erica's hands-on experience spans all stages of construction projects, from startup to completion, including new residential low-income and market-rate properties, commercial properties, and rehabilitations. Her expertise includes project management, client relations, and overseeing compliance with government regulations such as Prevailing Wage/Public Works in both New York and New Jersey.

Throughout her career, Erica has also served as a licensed cosmetologist in New York State since 2016, giving her a unique perspective on service-based businesses and the operational challenges faced in the beauty industry. This dual experience allows her to support both construction companies and service-based business owners with practical, systems-driven business solutions.
